Chiria lunar\u0103 ajungea deja la o medie de <strong>590 euro<\/strong>, dar randamentul brut era de doar<strong> 4,7%.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8222;At\u00e2t Clujul, c\u00e2t \u0219i celelalte mari ora\u0219e ale \u021b\u0103rii au fost destul de impactate de \u00eenceperea pandemiei \u00een 2020.
