Reprezentantul More Real Estate nu se a\u015fteapt\u0103 ca \u00een perioada urm\u0103toare s\u0103 existe schimb\u0103ri majore ale acestui mod de g\u00e2ndire. Cump\u0103r\u0103torii finali vor c\u0103uta \u00een continuare un apartament pentru familia lor care s\u0103 se potriveasc\u0103 cu bugetul pe care \u00eel au, zona pe care \u015fi-o doresc, suprafa\u0163a de care au nevoie etc. \u00cen mod firesc, printre criteriile de achizi\u0163ie se num\u0103r\u0103 \u015fi pre\u0163ul c\u00e2t mai bun. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Cump\u0103r\u0103 doar dac\u0103 g\u0103se\u015fti ce dore\u015fti!<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen ceea ce prive\u015fte g\u0103sirea celui mai bun moment pentru a \u00eencheia o tranzac\u0163ie, totul depinde pe de o parte, de m\u0103sura \u00een care un imobil se pliaz\u0103 pe dorin\u0163ele \u015fi nevoile poten\u0163ialului client \u015fi, pe de alta, de nevoia proprietarului de a vinde. \u201eA\u015f recomanda cump\u0103r\u0103torilor s\u0103 fac\u0103 o <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/apartamente-noi\/avantajele-unei-achizitii-pe-timp-de-criza_db\/\">achizi\u0163ie<\/a> dac\u0103 g\u0103sesc acea proprietate pe care o c\u0103utau.
