Printre ansamblurile lansate anul trecut se num\u0103r\u0103 Scandinavia Residence, cu circa 400 de unit\u0103\u0163i locative, precum \u015fi <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/apartamente-noi\/conarg-a-vandut-aproape-300-de-apartamente-in-2010_db\/\">Quadra 2, din Militari, un proiect deja finalizat<\/a>, format din 242 de unit\u0103\u0163i locative, majoritatea garsoniere. <\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content-inline-styles\"><strong>Proiecte mai sigure pentru dezvoltatori<\/strong><br \/>\nReprezentan\u0163ii companiei de consultan\u0163\u0103 Colliers International prezint\u0103 un model de dezvolt\u0103ri imobiliare ce ar aduce riscuri mai reduse pentru dezvoltatori \u015fi care ar putea lua av\u00e2nt \u00een anii urm\u0103tori. Conceptul ansamblurilor mixte presupune ca dintr-un complex unitar s\u0103 fac\u0103 parte mai multe componente imobiliare \u2013 reziden\u0163ial, birouri, retail, industrial, hotelier. Principalul avantaj al unor asemenea dezvolt\u0103ri ar sta \u00een \u00eembinarea mai multor segmente imobiliare \u2013 astfel, angaja\u0163ii care lucreaz\u0103 \u00een cl\u0103dirile de birouri devin clien\u0163ii zonei de retail \u015fi de divertisment, iar clien\u0163ii chiria\u015filor din cl\u0103dirile de birouri pot fi oaspe\u0163ii hotelului din complex. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, \u00eembinarea cu succes a mai multor segmente imobiliare, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t acestea s\u0103 func\u0163ioneze ca un tot unitar, necesit\u0103 o experien\u0163\u0103 vast\u0103 \u00een domeniul imobiliar. \u00cen Rom\u00e2nia se afl\u0103 momentan \u00een construc\u0163ie un singur proiect cu destina\u0163ie mixt\u0103, respectiv Palas Ia\u015fi, o investi\u0163ie de peste 260 milioane de euro, derulat\u0103 de c\u0103tre Iulius Group.
