Potrivit <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/indicele-imobiliare-ro\">Indicelui na\u0163ional calculat de www.imobiliare.ro<\/a>, \u00een ultimele 30 de zile pre\u0163ul mediu pe metru p\u0103trat pentru apartamente a oscilat cu mai pu\u0163in de un procent. Astfel, valoarea de 1.049 euro pe metru p\u0103trat util este cu 0,6% mai ridicat\u0103 dec\u00e2t cea \u00eenregistrat\u0103 \u00een martie. \u201cProprietarii  au  r\u0103mas  \u00een  mare  m\u0103sur\u0103  indiferen\u0163i  \u015fi  lipsi\u0163i  de  reac\u0163ie  imediat\u0103  fa\u0163\u0103 de implementarea  Programului  Prima Cas\u0103  4,  pe  segmentul  apartamentelor vechi oscila\u0163iile de pre\u0163 fiind cuprinse \u00eentre -0,3% \u00een Bra\u015fov si +0,7% \u00een Cluj. \u00cen aprilie, varia\u0163ii mai mari ale pre\u0163ului au  avut  loc  pe  segmentul  apartamentelor  noi,  dezvoltatorii  reac\u0163ion\u00e2nd  \u00eens\u0103  \u00eentr-un  mod contrastant de la un ora\u015f la altul\u201d, subliniaz\u0103 <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"http:\/\/comunitate.imobiliare.ro\/aerimescu\/\">Adrian Erimescu<\/a>, directorul general al www.imobiliare.ro. Aici, pre\u0163ul mediu pentru <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/vanzare-apartamente-bucuresti-2349706\">apartamentele noi \u015fi vechi<\/a> a fost de 1.184 euro pe metru p\u0103trat \u00een aprilie, ceea ce marcheaz\u0103 o cre\u015ftere de 1,3% fa\u0163\u0103 de martie. Apartamentele noi s-au scumpit cu 4,5% \u00een ultima lun\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 la valoarea de 1.390 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, locuin\u0163ele din blocurile vechi s-au apreciat cu 0,1%, p\u00e2n\u0103 la 1.101 euro pe metru p\u0103trat. Fa\u0163\u0103 de aceea\u015fi perioad\u0103 a anului trecut, aceast\u0103 valoare este cu 11,3% mai mic\u0103. <\/p>\n<p>\u015ei <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/vanzare-apartamente-constanta-2349825\">apartamentele din Constan\u0163a<\/a> s-au scumpit \u00een luna aprilie, ajung\u00e2nd la valoarea de 950 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat, cu 1% mai mult fa\u0163\u0103 de martie, dar cu 7% mai pu\u0163in fa\u0163\u0103 de aprilie 2010. Locuin\u0163ele noi au \u00eenregistrat o cre\u015ftere de 2,6%, p\u00e2n\u0103 la valoarea de 945 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, apartamentele din blocurile vechi s-au apreciat cu 0,3%, ajung\u00e2nd la un pre\u0163 mediu de 943 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Timi\u015foara, ora\u015ful cu cele mai mari ieftiniri din ultimul an <\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen Timi\u015foara, pre\u0163urile <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/vanzare-apartamente-timisoara-2349634\">apartamentelor<\/a> au crescut cu 0,6% \u00een ultimele 30 de zile, ajung\u00e2nd la nivelul de 803 euro pe metru p\u0103trat. Fa\u0163\u0103 de aceea\u015fi perioad\u0103 a anului trecut, aceast\u0103 valoare este cu aproape 15% mai mic\u0103. Dac\u0103 locuin\u0163ele noi din ora\u015f s-au scumpit cu 2,1% \u00een aprilie (p\u00e2n\u0103 la 861 euro pe metru p\u0103trat), cele vechi au \u00eenregistrat o majorare de doar 0,1% (p\u00e2n\u0103 la 790 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat). <\/p>\n<p>Ploie\u015ftiul este cel de-al patrulea mare ora\u015f al \u0163\u0103rii unde pre\u0163urile <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/vanzare-apartamente-ploiesti-2352293\">apartamentelor<\/a> s-au situat pe un trend ascendent. Aici, <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/indicele-imobiliare-ro\">Indicele imobiliare.ro<\/a> arat\u0103, pentru luna aprilie, o valoare medie de 895 euro pe metru p\u0103trat, \u00een cre\u015ftere cu 1,6% fa\u0163\u0103 de martie. Comparativ cu a patra lun\u0103 a anului trecut, valoarea actual\u0103 este cu aproximativ 11% mai redus\u0103. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Trei mari ora\u015fe au \u00eenregistrat sc\u0103deri de pre\u0163 <\/strong><br \/>\nPe lista ieftinirilor s-a situat \u00een ultima lun\u0103 ora\u015ful Bra\u015fov. Aici, pre\u0163ul mediu cerut pentru <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/vanzare-apartamente-brasov-2350013\">apartamentele vechi \u015fi noi<\/a> a sc\u0103zut cu 0,3% fa\u0163\u0103 de martie, p\u00e2n\u0103 la 871 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat. Comparativ cu aprilie 2010, acest pre\u0163 este cu 6,8% mai mic. \u00cen ultima lun\u0103, cel mai mult s-au ieftinit locuin\u0163ele noi \u2013 cu 0,5%, p\u00e2n\u0103 la 934 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, appartamentele vechi au \u00eenregistrat o sc\u0103dere de 0,3%, p\u00e2n\u0103 la o medie de 867 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Cluj-Napoca, <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/vanzare-apartamente-cluj-napoca-2350505\">apartamentele<\/a> s-au ieftinit \u00een ultima lun\u0103 cu 0,6%, p\u00e2n\u0103 la 982 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat. Aceast\u0103 valoare este cu 7% mai mic\u0103 dec\u00e2t cea din urm\u0103 cu 12 luni. Pe un trend descendent s-au situat \u00een aprilie doar apartamentele noi, care au cunoscut o sc\u0103dere de 3,7% fa\u0163\u0103 de martie, p\u00e2n\u0103 la 933 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat. Locuin\u0163ele vechi s-au scumpit \u00eens\u0103, chiar dac\u0103 cu doar 0,7%, ajung\u00e2nd la un pre\u0163 mediu de 1.005 euro pe metru p\u0103trat. <\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Ia\u015fi, <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/vanzare-apartamente-iasi-2350262\">apartamentele vechi \u015fi noi<\/a> s-au ieftinit \u00een aprilie cu 3%, ajung\u00e2nd la un pre\u0163 mediu de 817 euro pe metru p\u0103trat.
