111 MP de CONFORT PUR, intr-un apartament nou renovat si mobilat de 5 CAMERE, localizat intr-o pozitie ideala, exact in Centrul Bucurestiului, aproape de Centrul Vechi, Piata Universitatii, Sala Palatului si Piata Revolutiei, dar si de parcuri (150m fata de Cismigiu si 500m fata de Izvor), statii de Metrou, scoli, muzee, teatre, etc.


Este o proprietate ideala pentru familiile care vor sa se bucure de centrul orasului si vor sa fie la distanta de mers pe jos de tot ceea ce este important. Prin imbunatatirile aduse, apartamentul se preteaza ideal pentru Work-from-Home (lucrul de acasa), zona de biblioteca/dining putand fi inchisa cu perete de sticla in maxim 5 minute, asigurand liniste si izolare fata de restul casei. Exista un birou pliabil pe perete in zona de dining.

Acest apartament deosebit are o compartimentare interioara ideala, cu zona de zi complet delimitata de zona de noapte (vedeti releveul interior). Contine 3 dormitoare decomandate, dintre care 1 a fost transformat intr-un dressing-room dedicat, o zona de living foarte spatioasa, cuplata cu zona de dining/birou, o bucatarie complet echipata si utilata, 1 hol interior cu zone de depozitare si dressing foarte generoase si 2 bai (1 cu cada si 1 cu dus walk-in). Fiecare dormitor si living-room-ul au cate un balcon dedicat (4 balcoane in total), cu zone de depozitare suplimentare.


Apartamentul a fost mobilat complet, la comanda, deci mobila a fost adaptata perfect spatiului. Se pot face insa modificari de configuratie, pentru a corespunde nevoilor chiriasului. Ca un amanunt foarte important, apartamentul poate fi transformat temporar, atunci cand se doreste, intr-un spatiu cu 4 dormitoare separate, in maxim 10 minute, utilizand paturile speciale ,,in perete", rabatabile, din dressing si dining-room.


Renovarea si mobilarea au fost gandite minutios si integrat, cu intentia de a face apartamentul ultrafunctional, usor si ieftin de intretinut, pe termen lung.


Cladirea a fost construita in 1980, avand o structura foarte solida, fiind ridicata pe locul unei cladiri prabusite la cutremurul din Martie 1977 (au fost aplicate standarde noi de constructie, mult mai stricte). Deasemenea, cladirea dispune de 2 centrale termice proprii, separat pentru caldura si pentru apa calda, deci nu depinde de RADET sau alta societate de stat in livrarea agentului termic. Tevile de apa sunt noi si cladirea este administrata foarte bine.


Apartamentul beneficiaza de 1 loc parcare in garaj subteran incalzit, intr-o cladire noua, la 100m langa imobil, ce se poate oferi cu un cost suplimentar. Deasemenea, locurile de parcare publice din jurul imobilului sunt gratuite, insa nu pot fi rezervate. Pe timpul noptii se pot gasi imediat locuri de parcare publice gratuite libere.


Costul utilitatilor este la un nivel foarte convenabil.
