If there are any differences while rent an apartment using a foreign passport vs romanian passport (if holding dual citizenship)? What are the cons/pros? What do you recommend. How to consider the fact while sign the rental agreement that is written is romanian and be sure not to be hurt. Is it equal safety to sign with both private owners and rental agency.
